I used to feel tired all the time, I got easily stressed over little things and worried too much. I was studying Shotokan karate. I found I was not as flexible as I needed to be to manage advanced kicking techniques. Then, I added a daily yoga routine to my karate workouts and was amazed at how much flexiblity I regained in very little time at all!

Yoga is not a religion. It has no fixed set of beliefs. At the heart of yoga philosophy is the belief that everything comes from within SELF. Yoga is a system of techniques used for:
