means sacred thought or prayer to be repeated with full understanding
of it's meaning.

Replace the simple mantra syllables below with your mantra abovewhen and follow this:
- Turn your head to look over your right shoulder and take a deep breath in.
- Bring your head back to the front and breathe out saying ahhhhhhh with your long breath.
- Turn your head to look over your left shoulder and take in a deep breath.
- As you bring your head back to the front say ohhhhhh on a long out breath.
- Look up, from the centre front and breathe in deeply.
- Bring your head back to the centre on a long out breath while saying eeeeeee.
- Breath in again deeply and look down.
- As you bring your head back to the centre say mmmm on a long out breath.
- Repeat
